A set of Louis XVI style upholstered armchairs by Sherrill. This pair of chairs features a straight crest rail and upholstered back joining padded armrests with scroll handholds. Both chairs include a seat cushion and rise on tapering, reeded legs topped with rosette stamped blocks. The chairs are marked ‘Sherrill’ to a tag.
