An oil on canvas nautical painting. The work depicts sailboats in a narrow canal surrounded by European style buildings, with a body of water visible in the background. The work may possibly be representing Venice. The small painting is unsigned. It is presented in an ornate gilt wood frame with moulded leaf adornments, wired on the verso.
