Antique Bohemian Art Nouveau Amphora Cherry Vase

Item Details

An Austrian Art Nouveau Bohemian Amphora vase. This pale, pale yellow vase features a flared round base with a stout neck and round opening, having pierced handles to the sides. The finish has spots of rose and charcoal hues, while embellished to the front with applied cherry filled leafy branches in hues of green and brown. The underside is incised with ‘Amphora’, ‘9551 65’ and an illegible carved artist’s mark. Circa early 1900s.
