A watercolor painting on paper by an anonymous artist. This piece depicts an autumnal landscape painted in sprays of yellow, orange, and red layered in a forest of color with scattered homes visible through the abstract trees. The work is unsigned and presented behind a double mat and glass in a gilt wood frame with molded ornamentation and wire to the verso for hanging.
