The 1990s Evan-Picone black silk chiffon cocktail dress, in size 10, features a sequined neckline, cut-away shoulders, a pleated bodice finished in a sequined empire waist, a draped flowing skirt and a back zipper closure. The black velvet halter neck gown features a sweetheart neckline accented with a diamond shaped rhinestone adornment, a flared skirt, a side zipper closure, and light ruching below the open back.
