Hand-Knotted Anatolian Wool Carpet Runner
Item Details
A hand-knotted Anatolian wool carpet runner. This rug is woven in a palette of crimson, denim, cerulean, yellow ochre, salmon, and black. It features three medallions with two hexagons and pendants flanking a central diamond, all containing branching motifs. The medallions are surrounded by a geometric floral field and primary border of octagons and flowers with checked guard borders. It is finished with double overcast selvedges and a warp fringe to either end. There are no maker’s marks.
