International Sterling Silver "Wild Rose" Flatware

A collection of sterling silver flatware by the International Silver Company in the Alfred G. Kintz designed Wild Rose pattern, first introduced in 1948, which features a shaped handle with rose and leaf accents. The 105-piece set includes: nine Old French hollow dinner knives, eight New French hollow dinner knives, sixteen dinner forks, fourteen salad forks, seventeen teaspoons, eleven cream soup spoons, sixteen iced tea spoons, two pierced tablespoons, three serving spoons, a tablespoon, one butter knife, two sugar shell spoons, and a cheese knife. This set also includes child’s: iced tea spoon, teaspoon, soup spoon, and four-prong fork. There are marks on the reverse reading “International Silver,” ‘Sterling,’ and “Wild Rose”. The total approximate weight, excluding the dinner knives with stainless blades, is 104.432 ozt.
