Georgian Style Tall Chest of Drawers by Rock City Furniture

Item Details

A Georgian style tall chest of drawers by the Rock City Furniture Manufacturing Company. This piece has a cherry finish and features four stacked drawers to the upper case and two stacked drawers to the lower case; the drawers are equipped with brass tone willow mounts with bail handles. The piece is embellished with truncated corners decorated with molded acanthus leaves and beading. It has a serpentine apron and is supported by ogee bracket feet with plinth style bases. One drawer is marked ‘Rock City Furniture Mfg. Co. No. Little Rock. Ark.’ to the interior.
