A paper relief sculpture of a smiling face. This work depicts a person in close-up view looking downward, slightly smiling with closed eyes. The facial features emerge in a low relief. To the lower right corner of the page is a handwritten signature appearing to read ‘Lopez’. The paper is mounted to a green backing, which is presented under glass beneath matting in a white wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- minor wear to frame; discoloration to edges of paper.
