Hand-Knotted Pakistani Wool Accent Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Pakistani wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of hunter green, cranberry, ivory, wheat, mauve, and sage. The hunter green colored field has a Kerman style design with a central floral themed medallion enclosed with an abundance of floral and scrolling foliate motifs. Framing the field is a main palmette meander with flower clusters, along with floral meander guard borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. There are vinyl bands to the underside, and a label that reads ‘Hand Woven in Pakistan’.
