A vintage watercolor and gouache painting on paper signed ‘E. Hollingsworth.’ This piece depicts a lighthouse and cottage on the shore of harbor where sailboats float and seagulls fly overhead. It is signed to the lower left and presented behind glass in a gold tone wood frame with molded ornamentation and wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- some discoloration to painting; wear to top left and top right corners of frame; discoloration and foxing present along backing and adhesive on verso of frame.
