A black lacquered commemorative Harvard College armchair by Nichols & Stone of Gardner, MA. The chair features a straight crest rail with the Harvard University seal in gold above tapered spindles, walnut stained, rolled arms and a contoured seat. It rises on cylindrical tapered legs with a box stretcher. A manufacturer’s tag is affixed to the underside.
