An antique watercolor and ink painting on paper titled Rouen by Sarah Cookson, née Ridley (19th Century). This piece depicts a street scene in the French city of Rouen in the 19th century, one of the cathedral towers looming high over the buildings in a hazy background. It is painted with attention to detail and a muted palette, and it is initialed and titled to the lower right beneath the mat, as well as marked with the artist’s full name to the lower center. The piece is presented unframed in a black mat.

- image paper is discolored, dirty and stained; black mat is dirty and stained; nicks and kinks around outside edges of image paper, corner edges are bent.
