A mid to late 20th-century watercolor painting on paper created by artist E. Laurie Loftus. The piece depicts a neighborhood street scene, with two women and a cat standing in front of a large, yellow three-story house and bare trees. The women wear frustrated expressions, as a silhouetted figure sneaks toward a garage in the background. The work is signed to the lower right. It is matted in cream and presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
