An ink wash drawing on paper titled Jewish District, N.Y.C and attributed to Russian-American artist and cartoonist Mischa Richter (1910-2001). This piece depicts a busy street scene at a sidewalk market stall, rendered in a graphic style with shading in different values of black ink wash. The piece is initialed and dated 1933 to the lower right with attribution on a label to the verso. It is presented unframed.
