A vintage Modern style Orrefors art glass bowl, #1598 is designed by Edward Hald features a wide fluid rim which narrows to a pinch base and smooth pontil. An etched mark appears on the underside, ‘E.H. Orrefors, #1598’. Accompanying this bowl, is a smaller art glass bowl with an oblong rim which flows to a footed base. A bubble is present along the outside of the bowl. No markings are found on the smooth pontil.
