1950s-Era Superior "State Fair Strength Tester" Pinball Machine

Item Details

A ‘State Fair Strength Tester’ pinball machine, manufactured by T. Cohn Inc. for the Superior Toy Company circa the 1950s. This pinball machine has a tin litho back box with the title ‘State Fair’ which features a rotating wheel labeled ‘Strength Tester’ with illustrations of levels of strength from ‘Baby’ up to ‘Strongman’. The playing surface also features fair-themed illustrations, and the machine has a wooden table body with four legs and a box stretcher. Text near the bottom of the playing field reads ‘Another Superior Toy mfd. by T. Cohn Inc.’
