A soapstone carving made in Zimbabwe. This stylized piece presents a tower of four giraffes in black stone with a semi-gloss finish. The work is unsigned, with a sticker to the verso reading ‘Made in Zimbabwe’.

Condition

- left ear chipped on top giraffe; surface abrasions to the versos of necks; surface abrasions along lower portion of carving; missing one felt liner on underside of carving.
