An original 2016 acrylic painting on canvas by contemporary Ohio artist Caleb Thomas. The painting depicts a man and woman climbing into a sailboat at the end of a long dock as a stunning sunset fills the sky beyond them. The painting is completed in short, textured strokes. It is signed and dated to the lower right and is presented in a black composite frame with a hanging wire.
Thomas has been passionate about creating art since early childhood and is mostly self-taught. He currently lives and work in Dayton Ohio and specializes in creating fine oil paintings, while also exploring music through singing, playing guitar, and recording.
