Item Details
A hand-knotted Turkish Oushak wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, powder blue, wheat, and mocha. The ivory colored field features a lattice of serrated leaves with added palmettes, and flowers. Framing the field is a powder blue grounded main herati border, along with a pair of floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are double overcast selvedges and a short cotton warp fringe to the ends. This rug is unlabeled.
