Hand-Knotted Persian Karaja Wool Carpet Runner
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Karaja carpet runner. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of crimson, slate blue, orange, white, mustard yellow, coral, black and grey. The field is patterned with large alternating cruciform and hooked hexagonal shaped medallions with sprays of geometric leaves and flowers throughout. It is framed with a border of dashed lines and eight pointed star medallions. Finished with overcast selvedges and natural warp fringe to either end.
