Antique KPM World War One Teacup
Item Details
An antique KPM World War One Prussian porcelain cup and saucer. The pieces features a laurel design on white fields while the cup displays an ornate scroll handle, a flared rim, and three paw feet. The cup depicts print of Paul von Hindenburg, who served as the Chief of the German General Staff in World War One. The pieces are marked to the underside with the red orb and cross mark, a blue scepter, and a black iron cross next to “KPM” indicating production by the Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur during 1914-1918.
