Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Gabbeh wool area rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of madder red, clementine, cobalt, charcoal, ivory, and plum. The madder red hued field features an all-over design of stylized palmettes, along with diamond forms. Framing the field is a main cobalt grounded chained diamond border, along with a pair of sawtooth guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. This rug is unlabeled.
