A vintage German porcelain beer stein, an advertising piece for MacLaren’s Imperial Cheddar Cheese. The stein has a cream background, with raucous bar scenes illustrated in brown-bordered medallions, with German text. The stein has a metal edge to the base, with a MacLaren’s litho advertising disc to the verso, and a pewter-tone banded white porcelain hinged lid with scrolled thumb handle.
