An antique Victorian metal beaded chatelaine bag. This bag features a chain link handle with a center ring, an embossed silver tone hinged frame with a women’s face and acanthus leaves. The circular canvas has multi-faceted metal beading to the front and looped metal bead fringe. The verso of the clasp is marked ‘Patd Sept 9, 90’ and the bag is lined in a tan textile.
