Antique Dresden Porcelain Commemorative World War One Creamer and Sugar Bowl
Item Details
An antique Dresden commemorative World War One porcelain creamer and sugar bowl. The hand painted pieces display a Kaiser Wilhelm II commemorative Iron Cross accented with a laurel wreath and a gold encrusted crown motif on a white ground with gilt trim. The sugar bowl has a fitted lid adorned with a tapered finial. Both pieces feature scrolled handles and footed bases. The undersides bear a Carl Theime Saxonian Porcelain Factory mark, commonly known in English as Dresden Porcelain.
