A vintage oil painting on canvas by well listed American artist Everett Lloyd Bryant (1864-1945). This still life depicts an arrangement of red and pink flowers in a painted porcelain vase and placed in the center of a doily on the table. It is painted with soft but expressive brushwork and a cool light. The piece is signed to the lower right and presented in a wood frame with a painted gold tone accent and wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- paint missing at lower right side of ground; discoloration and craquelure present throughout painting; surface abrasion on painting at upper right; canvas sagging at center; wear along edges of frame; discoloration throughout verso of canvas; surface abrasions throughout stretcher; canvas wiggles in frame.
