An antique Waterbury Clock Co. mantel clock. A circa 1890 wood clock with an oak case and a reverse painted floral tablet. The clock has a steepled crest and a glass front door that features a clear glass panel on the top that displays a white dial with black Roman numerals accented with brass and black metal hands. The door also has a lower tablet with a reverse painted floral design in colors of red, white and green on a black backdrop. Other features of the clock include a brass pendulum and a 30 day time and strike movement and the clock stands on a plinth style stepped base. The clock is marked ‘The Waterbury Clock Co.’ on the verso.

Condition

- untested, minor scratches, dial has been replaced.
