Hand-Knotted Persian Tribal-Style Wool Carpet Runner
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian tribal-style carpet runner. This wool pile rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, wine, cornflower, ivory, teal, camel, and blush and features a chain of seven hooked shield medallions. The cranberry field is interrupted by an inward facing border of hooked triangles infilled with geometric shapes. It is finished with overcast barber pole selvedges and pink wool warp fringe that has been reinforced. The rug is unlabeled.
