A pair of Chinese carved soapstone double inkwells. The collection includes an inkwell with sunflower and foliate details carved into brown, orange, black and cream tone soapstone; and an inkwell with foliate, vining and floral details carved into rose, burgundy, and cream tone soapstone. There are no discernible maker’s marks.
