A group of eighteen JFK half dollars from 1966 to 1997. Designer: Gilroy Roberts/Frank Gasparro. For the silver-clad 1966 and 1967 coins – Metal Content: Outer layer is 80% silver, 20% copper. Inner core is 20.9% silver, 79.1% copper. Diameter: 30.6 mm. Weight: approximately 11.50 grams. For the copper-nickel coins ranging from 1971 to 1997 – Metal content: 75% copper, 25% nickel. Diameter: 30.6 mm. Weight: approximately 11.34 grams each. Coins are circulated and vary from good to very good condition.
