An assortment of five charcoal drawings on paper by artist Paul Sterritt. These drawings depict study drawings of Classical statues, a nighttime dock scene, and a pastel portrait of a man in a red coat. Three works are signed to the lower right and dated to the 1930s, while the other two remain unsigned. They are presented unframed and together in a plastic sleeve.
Condition
- severe discoloration, water damage, stains, and foxing to papers; media has been rubbed away, faded, and lost in some areas; tears and folds are prevalent throughout edges; one piece torn halfway through image area.
