Item Details

An antique Jacobean Revival style oak buffet with mirror. The oak buffet has a box cornice at the top featuring carved rope trim with a lavishly carved apron, with scroll, leaf and shell motifs, and carved masks at the sides. There is a rectangular beveled mirror on the back. Barley twist supports with scrolled and carved brackets rest atop the buffet, which has two dovetailed drawers above a cabinet with carved doors and decorative side panels, a full-width drawer along the bottom, and carved lion paw feet. The mirror and cornice section at the top can be removed for easier transport.
