Three Early 20th Century Children's Books and Records

A grouping of three early 20th century children’s records and a book. The book is an early 20th century cloth bound hardcover titled, When Mother was a Little Girl pictures by Ida Waugh and verses by Amy. E. Blanchard. One record set is from 1923 , Little Tots’ Nursery Tunes, Games, Songs, Stories (one record is missing) and the other . set is a 1908, Tippy Toe Bubble Book story by Ralph Mayhew & Burgess Johnson, pictures by Rhoda Chase. All three records are present, but not sure if original to the set.

Condition
The books are in good shape consistent with age and use. The records are untested and _The Little Tots’ Nursery Tunes is missing a record. The Tippy Toe Bubble Book_ has three records, but not sure if it is original to the book. The When Mother book has some separations from the spine, but good consistent with age, some yellowing and foxing.
