An antique African hand carved polychromed mask. The mask depicts an animal head with elongated curving horns painted in horizontal bands of ecru and red brown, with a red brown raised disc form to the center and pointed beak below. The mask is carved with crosshatched design and bands in brown and russet, with small open eyes carved above the beak. The mask is wired to the back for wall attachment.
