Antique J. Tostrup Norwegian Sterling Silver Paw-Footed Gravy Boat
Item Details
An antique sterling silver gravy boat by J. Tostrup of Norway made for resale by Jones & Crompton of England. The gravy boat features a scrolled foliate motif handle and stands on three paw feet. It is marked ‘Tostrup 925 S’ to its underside, hallmarked to its back, and additionally marked with a 1907 Birmingham letter ‘h’ date mark. This piece has an approximate weight of 4.825 ozt.
