Antique Victorian Wedgwood Argenta Majolica Fish Plates
Item Details
A set of twelve Victorian Wedgwood majolica fish plates. These Argenta majolica plates were produced by Wedgwood in the 1880’s and feature decoration including three fish surrounded by sea plants and foliage in naturalistic shades as was typical for wares in this body. There are impressed marks reading ‘Wedgwood’ together with a pattern number and date letter code for 1880.

Condition
- crazing, staining, foot rim chip, and wear to the foot rim. There are tripod marks from the kiln furniture.
