A mixed media work on panel and signed ‘J. Rose’. This piece uses layers of tissue paper and acrylic paints to create a splotchy, softly-colored abstract composition in a palette of yellow ochre, ivory, sea green, and vermillion. It is signed to the lower right and presented in a painted black wood frame with a fabric liner and gold tone sight edge. There is wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- light edge wear to frame; tears to paper backing.
