A hand-knotted Sino-Persian wool round area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of rose, ivory, indigo, powder blue, mocha, aqua, and crimson. The rose colored field begins with a central pendant medallion grounded in ivory, along with indigo hued spandrels each with a floral theme. The floral theme follows throughout the remainder of the field with sprays and small bouquets. Framing the field is a main herati border, along with a pair of floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and an ivory cotton fringe. This rug is unlabeled.
