A 1974 ink painting on paper of a Southwest inspired scene. This painting depicts a Native American style figure adorned in ornate jewelry and feathered headdress seated on horseback, as the animal trots along a jutted island against a centralized sun. To the lower right corner is a dated artist signature that appears to read ‘H. Pran’. The painting is presented under protective glazing beneath matting in a gray and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
