A traditional style German cuckoo clock with a white finish and ceramic bluebird. The clock has a classic wooden case with a carved bird on the crest with carved birds on the sides and leaves in relief throughout. The clock has a reeded small door on the crest with a cuckoo bird that appears on the hour and a modern design with a ceramic bluebird waiting outside the door. Other features of the clock include a raised white dial with Roman numerals and white serpentine hands. The clock has a carved leaf pendulum and pine cone weights on chains and a Regula German movement with a hook for hanging on the verso. The clock is marked ‘Angela’ on the movement.
