Antique British 900 Silver Pocket Watch with Freemasonry Symbols

Item Details

A 900 silver pocket watch with bold Roman numerals to the dial as well as pictures of the sun, moon, an eye, hammer, and axe, symbols generally associated with Freemasonry. Inside case markings ‘TPH’ with Chester hallmarks indicate Thomas Peter Hewitt, associated with the Lancashire Watch Co. of Prescot, which closed in 1910.
