A silver-plated flatware set by 1847 Rogers Bros. This is in the Robert L. Doerfler designed Daffodil pattern, first introduced in 1950, featuring a flared handle with a daffodil accent to the tip. The set includes a meat fork, eight grille forks, eight salad forks, an olive fork, sixteen teaspoons, a sugar sifter, a casserole spoon, two serving spoon, eight place spoons, and eight grille knives. Most are marked ‘1847 Rogers Bros. IS Daffodil’ to the backs of the handles. The set comes in a wooden flatware chest with red felt-like interior lining.
