Gilt Porcelain Serveware Including Vintage Limoges
Item Details
An assortment of porcelain serveware including three oval platters, a bowl, a plate, a small serving board, and a vintage Haviland gravy boat with tray and ladle. The pieces feature gilt designs including monograms, molded leaves, geometrical patterns, scrolls, and encrusted floral borders. The Limoges makers include Charles Martin (1900-30), La Porcelaine Limousine (1906-38), and Jean Pouyat (1906-32). Some of the pieces are marked to the undersides.
Condition
- wear to gilding especially to rims; discoloration to foot rims.
