Tea Items and Platters Including "Favorite Bavaria" Porcelain

An assortment of tea service items. This collection includes a small porcelain lidded teapot with a bulbous shape, an upward-pointing scroll handle, and painted floral and geometric designs including gold tone accents; a porcelain platter with a floral border; a larger ceramic platter with a different floral border; a blue and white mug produced by Spode in 2002 to commemorate the life of the late Queen Mother; and a metal tea strainer. The larger platter is marked ‘Mission China’ and the smaller is marked ‘Favorite Bavaria’, this being an export mark used by Hutschenreuther Selb during the early twentieth century.
