A Chinese decorative metal plate. The piece is quartered with various symbols to each section including two dragons, a turtle and snake, and a phoenix. The center features a floral geometric design. There are no discernible maker’s marks. The piece is ready to hang with a string noted to the foot of the plate on the underside.
