A 1985 vintage Victor Costa textured cotton white strapless evening dress. The dress features double-breasted buttons embellished with white centers and rhinestones around the edge, fitted waist, tiered bustle at the hips and a straight skirt. There is a zipper to the back and labels to the interior, ‘Victor Costa’ and ‘Sakowitz’.
