A vintage gelatin-silver photograph by Maurice Seymour. This sepia-tinted piece features a headshot of a woman with a 1930’s hairstyle. A personal inscription to the lower right is signed ‘Mary Carolyn’. The piece is presented under glass in a glass frame, with an easel stand to the verso.

Condition

- glass frame chipped at lower left corner, lower right corner and at top center edge; paperboard backing of frame is disintegrating; surface abrasions throughout paperboard backing on frame; warping and foxing to ground.
