Chinese Embossed Cong Shaped Ceramic Vase

Item Details

A Chinese embossed cong shaped ceramic vase. This vase has a bright cerulean finish and features a square shape with embossed fret motifs, cloud forms, and a taotie inspired masks to each side. The vase is supported on a round pedestal base, and has a round opening that tapers to a rolled lip. The underside is embossed with an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, it was produced in mid to late 20th century.
