An original sandpainting on board by listed Navajo artist Bilson Kee (New Mexico). This painting depicts a large, cracked pottery vessel, sitting in a desert landscape, below faint hieroglyphs on the rocks above. It is signed to the lower right and to the verso. This piece is presented behind a cream mat with beige liner, in a stained wood frame. Hanging hardware is attached to the verso in a plastic bag.
